About Us

Jen grew up on Long Island and has been in the Bay Area for about 10 years.  Six years ago she opened a senior care business which she owns and operates with her sister, Jessica.  When she's not racking up her karma, she likes to garden, cook, and read.  She also likes to travel, hike, and explore nature.  She's a sucker for Marty's waffles on a Sunday morning.

Marty grew up in the California Bay Area with brief stays in Santa Cruz and Santa Barbara for college.  He then returned to the Bay to work as a software engineer.  He now works in San Francisco.  When he is not thinking in 1's and 0's he likes to play ice hockey, kayak, bike, swim, or watch the occasional movie.  He also enjoys traveling to interesting locales like Greenland or Alaska and has found someone who also shares the same interest (although she would prefer warmer climates). 

We recently bought a house together in Walnut Creek.  While it's been a bit much to house hunt, move and wedding plan all at the same time - we're thrilled to be in one place together.  We really enjoy making our new house a home and we love to have our friends and family over.
